Article Marketing - Getting Backlinks To Your Website

The whole reason for submitting articles to article directories is to get "backlinks" to whatever site you want boosted up in the search engine results. But you also get immediate traffic from folks following these backlinks directly to your website...Where they will arrive in the perfect mindset to buy your product or affiliate product (if you've done a little keyword research beforehand.)

But the links need to be crafted a certain way. So you need to get this right. They need to be "text links," otherwise known as "anchor text." We'll cover exactly how to do this in a moment.

These backlinks are simply links back to your site from your "author's resource box," like the one at the end of this article. Your author's resource box is where you get to do some self-promotion. Usually, you're not allowed to promote your product or website in the main body of the article. After all, articles are supposed to be just that--articles; otherwise they'd be called advertisements!

Look at the author resource box at the bottom of this article. There's two important things you need to know about the first blue link in the author's resource box:

1. "article marketing" is a "text link," a.k.a. "anchor text" instead of http://honestysellsbest.com/How_To_Make_Money_Online.html#Article_tutorial (which is the actual link URL). The search engines, especially the biggest one--Google--reward you for text links and not URLs...

The resource box section of some article directories will "parse" the html code into normal, "readable" text, making it look like the resource "box" you see at the end of this article.

(The html code you need to use to make a text link is covered in the Article Marketing Tutorial section of my website--click the text link in the resource "box" at the end of this article. Creating text links is only a matter of a couple clicks when using your html editor, however, you have to "hand code" the html into the author's resource box.)

2. "article marketing" is a researched keyword phrase and is the title of the webpage that it links to.

If you take a little time to research a keyword phrase to use as your link text, you will be rewarded with many more visitors to your website than if you used anchor text that is not a searched-for keyword phrase.

Tired of writing articles that don't get visitors back to your site? Make sure you're doing the right things by reading the article marketing tutorial in the "How to Make Money Online" section of http://honestysellsbest.com

Matt Cutts On Article Marketing

Article marketing has just become an even more powerful form of web promotion. This well known, tried and tested web marketing tool, had, in some people's eyes, lost part of its value in recent years. Article marketing in now back in fashion however, as Google have started to clamp down on paid links and excessive reciprocal links. No longer are people able to just buy their way to the top, it is now the grafters, people like you and me, who are willing and happy to produce quality content for the web, that will once again rise to the top of those all important rankings - let the good times roll.

My name is Steve Hill; I have seen very positive results from this form of web marketing and often advise people that this is how, in my opinion, they should go about promoting their website/s. So often in the past these people have stated that they do not have the time to write and submit articles, or that why should they start to write when they can just purchase a pr7 backward link on ebay for three months to gain the same results? I always found it hard to answer that question, but Matt Cutts and his crew have now made it a whole lot easier.

Certain people will still take chances on purchasing backward links, perhaps they are lazy, perhaps they are stupid! Why take the risk? If you set yourself a goal to write say twenty articles per month, you will soon see your site moving up the rankings. Yes it is hard work, it is quite boring work at times, and yes it will take time to have an effect, but have an effect it will.

Some people argue that article marketing does not work due to duplicate content. This would be true if you were also including the same article that you have submitted to sites like ezinearticles, on your own website, but let's face it, that would be rather daft!

Amazing Article Marketing - Announcing 4 Fast Ways to Make Money Through Article Marketing

Article marketing is the most effective marketing tool in the internet today - I am sure you have heard of that a million times. But what they usually don't say is that, it can only be effective if you care to do it right. You need to consider several elements to make sure that you satisfy your readers and the search engines while effectively promoting your products through your content.

1. To increase the chances of your articles being picked up and republished, make sure that they are well-written, content-rich, timely, informative, and factual. They must also be useful and offer solutions to the pressing issues of your target market. If you can consistently produce these kinds of articles, you can be assured that you will drive quality traffic to your site and establish your expertise online in no time.

2. To increase your conversion rate, strive to create compelling resource box. Remember, it must be short but catchy. Use powerful words that can potentially entice online users to check on your website. It would help if you can offer incentives like free ebooks or articles to people who click on your website's URL.

3. Write more. To strengthen your online presence and further communicate your expertise, you need to create more articles on a regular basis. This can lead to numerous inbound links that will help drive more traffic to your website and improve your page ranking.

4. Plan ahead. There are a lot of smaller tasks associated with article marketing which include: article writing, article submission, keyword and topic research, and tracking of your performance online. To make sure that you will be able to do all these tasks, I suggest that you establish a workable schedule and stick to it.

Discover How To Use Article Marketing To Promote Your Business

Article marketing is one of the easiest forms of website promotion. Simply by writing articles that focus on aspects of your website's theme and submitting them to top article directories, you will begin to see an increase in website traffic. If you are not a confident writer, then you can easily and affordably outsource writing projects.

Well written articles can bring you free website traffic from a huge increase in back links. The key to your success with article marketing is twofold. Firstly, your articles need to be well written, informative and relevant to your website. Secondly, you need to write and submit articles to high traffic websites regularly. Article marketing won't work as a website promotion strategy if you are simply doing it occasionally, you have to work to a regular writing and submission routine so that the number of back links increase over time.

These back links are important for website promotion in two different ways. They are a link from the article to your site that interested readers of your article can follow and thus, they are a means for highly targeted traffic to reach your site. Additionally, they serve an important SEO (search engine optimization) service because the search engine algorithms use the number of relevant, one way back links to your website as an important factor in assigning your position on free search results pages.

Article marketing works as a website promotion technique because other websites and ezines can locate your articles in article directories and publish your articles with a link to your website in the resource bio. Most websites do not allow you to include embedded links in your article but do allow you to place links and marketing style information in your resource box that appears beneath the article.

Your resource bio info can attract free website traffic by highlighting your expertise and anything you are particularly marketing with a link to relevant pages. People who wish to use your article on their website or in their ezine must agree to keep your resource information intact.

You can choose to write an informative article about some aspect of your business that a reader may be interested in, alternatively you can write a product review designed to encourage your reader to take the next step and buy (or at least consider buying) the product. Many internet entrepreneurs use article marketing to direct people to their website to offer them a free ebook or subscription to a newsletter so that they can build an opt-in email list for ongoing marketing purposes. Article marketing is one of the best ways to pre-sell a product because it allows you to gain enough credibility with your reader that they are more inclined to click on your resource box link to discover more.

Article marketing is a very effective strategy to attract free traffic to your website. You may have an excellent product and a great sales-pitch, but without targeted website traffic your business will be dead in the water. However, if you are committed to writing at least one article a day and submit those articles to high traffic article directories as well as directories that have high search engine ranks, you will soon find that more than enough visitors are knocking on your online door.

How To Find Topics for Article Marketing

If you do article marketing, or even if you're planning on including this in your arsenal, the most important word for you to memorize is...Quantity!

Notice, I didn't say quality. Quantity is the name of the game if you're using articles to drive traffic to either a normal web page or a squeeze page. Now, quality is an issue in one sense. You want to deliver meaningful content to your reader because he or she will decide to click through to your page based on your content. Also, your article is your first impression.

The reason you need to go from quantity instead of quality is because of the way the internet works.

Think about it: How are people going to find your article? Not by going to EzineArticles and sifting through all the articles. People are going to find your article through a search engine. So, the more articles you write, the more chances you have of being picked up on someone's search.

Article marketing is long tail marketing, par excellence.

Well, if the name of the game is quantity, then how do you find five or ten topics to write articles about every single day?

Some of my resources for topics include

  • previous articles on EzineArticles
  • the fifty or so internet marketing blogs I subscribe to
  • Internet marketing forums
  • and, Google searches about specific issues.

I write five to ten articles per day religiously. The way I do it is this.

Before I go to bed, I sit at the computer and make a list of ten headlines for articles to write the next day. If I need any inspiration, I go to the above named sources. But I don't go to bed until I have my ten headlines written down.

I lay my list by the computer so I can find it first thing tomorrow.

As I'm sleeping, I think my subconscious mind must be working on my articles for me-using the headlines as a guide-because ever since I started doing this, when I get up the next day, get my tea, and sit down at the computer, I notice that the articles seems to just flow out of me.

I basically sit down and write until I'm done.

For Affective Online Advertising Write An Affective Subject Line

Being the Associate Director for an online business that puts businesses' products and services in front of thousands of potential consumers on a daily basis, I am constantly getting emails from our customers, and those looking to become our customers, on how to write an affective Internet promotion on our web site.

More specifically, how to write an affective headline or subject line that will really draw in a customer to investigate what you have to offer. That is what I am going to focus on in this article segment, the `art` of writing and developing a quality online promotion or advertisement subject line.

At any given time, we have thousands of promotions placed in over 4 dozen categories, through out over 20,000 cities worldwide. I have had the privilege of seeing some really good promotions and some really bad ones. Here is what I noticed. Let me start with talking about the bad subject lines I have read.

One thing the bad promotions all have in common in regards to their subject line is unrealistic over hype. I can`t tell you how much head shaking I do when I see a customer place an promotion, without asking us for advice first, and then write a headline that is so incredibly bad. I have seen things such as "Make millions today!", and "Click here for the greatest product ever!". Those are some of the worse headlines you can write. They are over dramatic and anyone with a half a brain knows they are unrealistic and a waste of time to look at.

Your headline or subject line should read something more realistic, yet `hook` your potential customer in reading further into your advertisement. A good advertisement would be, "We are Looking for Partners in Business", or "Our New Product Makes Cooking Easier", or something along those lines. You will have to tailor your online subject for what it is that you are selling or providing.

Keep in mind you have one line, sometimes with only up to 50 characters to hook the reader. Don`t over hype what is in the rest of your promotion with a gaudy headline. Make it simple, yet will intrigue the potential customer. In turn it will trigger their inner feelings to want to know more about what is in the rest of the promotion.

For an affective online advertising campaign, there are three separate parts, the subject line, which we have already touched on, the subject matter and then finally the close. In our next article segment we are going to go in depth about writing an affective promotion in your subject matter. I can tell you from our own business that we offer robust web tools so you can really make your subject matter shine. However, beyond the bells and whistles, you still need to make the content of that ad, reader friendly. With good promotion content, the reader, your potential customer, will get excited about what it is your offering. One they are excited you need to pull them in with the close, which will be part three in our article segments, in place online promotions.

Now you can start with a better understanding of approaching an affective online promotion, knowing that you need a subject line that will hook, not over hype, the potential customer.

Article Marketing Tips - Three Power Tips To Boost Your Article Marketing Results

It's no longer a secret that article marketing is one of the best ways to drive laser targeted traffic to your website.

And best of all, it's free. The only investment you need to make is "time". Now if you really want to boost your results, then use the following tips that are sure to help.

Article Marketing Tip #1 - Keep your article short and to the point.

Through my testing, I've found that 250-350 word articles work the best. The reason being, they are easier to read which results in the reader actually reading your entire article and clicking you resource box at the end.

Just make sure your article is packed full of solid, useful information just like the one you are reading now.

Article Marketing Tip #2 - Make sure your article title is very catchy and creates interest for people to want to read it.

This is a mistake many beginners make.

You need to make sure your article title creates the desire to be read. Spend some time just coming up with great article titles to get the best results.

Article Marketing Tip #3 - You must write and submit a bare minimum of two articles per day to the top article directory.

Currently, the best article directory is ezinearticles.com Again, to get the maximum results you need to keep writing and submitting every day.

With a minimum of two articles per day, you will have 40 articles per month if you write 5 days per week. These article marketing tips are the best you're going to find, so read them and put them to good use.

Branding Your Own Name As An Internet Marketer

Many people get online with dreams of making vast sums of money only to hide behind an alias of some kind.

Lets explore the reasons why new people online do that and then I will give you a few reasons why I think you will be better off using your real identity.

Like many people when I first started playing with the idea of becoming an internet marketer, I joined a few internet marketing forums to learn more about the different ways people make profits online.

When I first joined forums I didn't have much confidence that the opinions I was expressing made sense. So I used a silly alias.

You know the type of silly nickname I mean "fast cat", "crazy butcher", "money maker" etc.

In hindsight all the posts that I made under an alias were a wasted opportunity, so let me give you three reasons you should always use your real name or your business name as you build your profile: -

The first reason is that most people in the community can pick a "newbie" from a mile away. So don't try and fake it because it will not be impressive. If you are real and honest about your level of experience other people in the forums will help you and your knowledge will grow quickly.

The second reason I would site as a good reason to use your real name is that two years down the track when you have your own products in the market place and you are an expert in a particular niche your footsteps online will look real and you can actually track and prove what you have learned.

The third and most important reason to be real is that the steps you take online are in cement not sand. In other words, everything you do online can be looked at with just a few searches.

The website that I feature at the bottom of this article is an example of how I brand my business name, you may wish to take a look at it.

Article Marketing 101 for Businesses

Article marketing is one of the most effective forms of online advertising. The term speaks for itself. It is basically combining marketing with articles. An article packed with tons of useful information would be well read by lots of people, and possibly your potential customers. It also presents you, the face behind the article as an expert with credibility in the topic of the article. Business owners who have not been using article marketing to promote their businesses are missing out on sales and business growth.

What goes into article marketing that makes it such a powerful marketing technique?

We will have a walkthrough on the entire process of article marketing so that by the end of it, you have the necessary knowledge to employ this for your business.

An article should ideally be at least 400 words long. Search engines used to love articles that have 300-word length, but it appears to have changed its taste. Once you know what topic you are writing about, decide on the outline of articles. The strategy is to single out a main subject such as a vacation in Hawaii, and then develop sub-topics such as how to find the cheapest airfare and accommodation and the fun activities you can do there. With an outline, you can then elaborate more on each sub-topic to develop the content. Stay on topic and do not venture to other unrelated stuff. Sprinkle the relevant keywords 5 or 6 times throughout the article.

The one most important thing to do in article marketing is to include the resource box or author box at the end of your article. This resource box allows you to introduce yourself and your business. You are also given the opportunity to list your website link. Readers who read your article will find the link and follow it to your website. This is how it drives traffic and visitors to your website.

Do not worry if you do not write well. You can still use article marketing as your promotion strategy. There are always ghostwriters who are willing to write quality articles for low fees. $5 an article is reasonable. Check out Scriptlance, Elance and RentaCoder etc.

Once you are done with article writing, you are halfway in your article marketing process. You need to now submit your article to article directories. There are hundreds to thousands of article directories that would accept your article for free such as EzineArticles, SearchWarp and GoArticles to name a few. Of course there are some that requires payment as well. But submitting to these free ones is good enough for your article marketing efforts. But make sure that you submit to at least 100 200 of them for maximum exposure.

As you do that, something is happening behind the scene. Readers looking for information either at the directories or search engines will find your articles. If the articles are well written, informative and entertaining, they would be enticed to click on the resource box link to your website. So, you now have targeted visitors at your website, and there is a probability that the visitors would become your customers.

Your articles may be selected by online or printed publications or press release companies for publishing. Your article marketing initiative would be richly rewarded when readers of these companies get to see your products and services.

Another advantage of article marketing is that many websites in the same or similar niche as yours are hungry for content. The webmasters would prowl the article directories for new fresh content and when they pick up your articles for publishing on their websites. Your business can enjoy much better visibility since you get a big pie of their traffic. Targeted traffic is it.

I forgot to mention about two big pluses of article marketing. While your articles get read, simultaneously, your website is linked from article directories and websites. The links are all one-way backlinks, the most valuable in the eyes of search engines. Some of these sites have high Google PageRank and therefore would transfer some of that to your website. In short, you are ahead of those who are paying through their nose for high PR link partners. You get them free and rank in the search engines higher and faster. Again, more traffic is on the way.

Search engine spiders hang out at article directories and would find your website link and index them quickly, sometimes within the same day. Being indexed can take weeks or even months but you have shortcut that using article marketing.

That is it. The essence of article marketing wrapped in a few hundred words. Give it a go and enjoy the benefits and profit potential article marketing can do for your website.

7 Strategies to Increase Profits in a Lunch Hour

Restaurants are now opening during the day to increase revenue and their customer base,
but simply opening extra hours is not enough. I will show you seven strategies to increase your customer base and therefore increase profits.

1 Seeing is Believing

Ensure it is obvious you are open, have an open sign on the door and increase
lighting. If it is not too cold leave the door open. This maybe simple but, try
standing outside your restaurant - what does the customer see? you may be surprised!
Also, customers want to see what they are walking into. Do not block their view with
blinds and curtains.

2 A-Boards

Putting an A-board outside the restaurant will re-enforce the message you are
open and you can advertise your new menu or special offers. It will also stop
customers from simply walking by.

3 Lunch Menu

Your main customers will be workers from surrounding shops and offices, create a
lunch menu that can be selected from, ordered and eaten within one hour.

4 Be Informal

Remove any cutlery, glasses or napkins from the tables. A table dressed in cutlery
etc. implies fine dining. Your lunch customer wants to feel they have the choice to
order just a coffee if they prefer.

5 Spread the word

A leaflet drop to surrounding businesses will inform customers of your new
opening times, your new lunch menu and your original menu.

6 Promote

Introduce a stamp card promotion. Giving each customer a stamp per visit. For example
five stamps entitles the card holder to a free meal.

7 A Taster of what you have to offer

Making bite size samples to give away for free will give potential customers a
memorable experience that they will tell their friends about. Stand outside with
your tasters or visit businesses. Do not forget to hand out leaflets or stamp cards at
the same time.

All seven strategies are low cost ideas and can be easily implemented. So, get started on your strategies and those customers will be beating down your door.

Internet Marketing Using Articles - How Do You Generate Income From Articles?

What is it about articles that attract so many to publish so much content to the net? Mainly it would be for one of three reasons, the first being that you have absolutely nothing better to do with your time. That is not entirely true but fact is that there are many people writing and publishing articles to websites and article directories simply to share information and knowledge.

The other two reasons are web site related. If you are a webmaster of an established site or your own newly self appointed webmaster of your own website aiming for the internet so you can kick your boss under the butt, the following would be your primary reasons for writing and publishing articles.

From a broader perspective the internet is filled with information contained in a variety of formats. Now those looking for the information use the search engines, quite logical. For the people who have the information published on their sites this is where the trick comes in. The search engines need to find that content and display it as a search result so that the visitor will land on the page of the publisher.

For a webmaster this means traffic and in turn traffic means money. The money can be generated from different avenues but without the traffic there will be no income.

The role of the article, first and foremost is links. Any site that has any hope of getting indexed by the search engines needs links pointing to it. The second reason is sales, at times also referred to as bum marketing, it is a proven method of creating sales and thus generating income using the internet.

Indexing Your Site Using Internet Marketing Articles

For any site to feature in the search engine rankings it needs links pointing to the site telling the search engines that there is a site. The link in the article normally placed in the resource box of the author is the anchor text, these words or key phrases are telling the search engine the content of the site that is linked to and that it should be ranked for those words. For the webmaster these are very important elements in generating traffic.

A site is judged on the links from other sites pointing to that site, the more links a site has the more highly regarded it becomes. This is a very broad description and many other factors play a role but for the purpose of articles these are the basic principals.

Using Internet Marketing Articles to Sell Products

The next very good use of articles is for what is sometimes lovingly referred to as bum marketing. You don't need to be a bum to use this method but it sometimes helps, on second thought, maybe not. In most cases you would not even need a website of your own but your own site would open up some doors to other forms of marketing like list building.

The principals remain the same as for indexing a site but the purpose of the article changes. The content and writing style is aimed at leading the visitor to a product he might be looking for and then sells the product to him. If you are an affiliate for a product the sales page would do the selling part, you just need to get the visitor to the sales page.

Many webmasters and non webmasters have used this technique successfully for a long time now. The problem you are faced with here however is the article itself, how to write it in such a way that you keep the readers interest and move him on to the next step which is clicking on the link leading to the pre sales page or the sales page itself.

Just publishing any old article will not achieve any success and it takes some real time and effort to learn the skills and the little nuances needed to write in such a way until it becomes second nature. Of course this does require practice, repetition and some experimentation.

If you want to write to sell, even if you have never written anything but a love letter before, in which case you sold yourself of course, here is a resource that will guide you through the process of successful writing to sell. If you have been struggling to get the results you are only reading about, now is the time to get what you need to succeed.

Article Marketing - How to Write an Article When You Don't Have Time to Write an Article

Some days I feel like I just turn around and the day is gone. I dont think I have time to write, most days, but I some how do manage to write almost every day.

When I first get up in the morning, I find I have about twenty minutes before anyone else gets up, calls me, or figures out that they need my attention for whatever given topic they want me to do. Twenty minutes isnt long, so I have to get whatever Im going to do, done fast.

There are several methods of Article Writing Starting Processes that work well for me:

1. Start a list of topics

2. Add sub-topics under each topic

3. Add more topics and expand each sub-topic into more sub-topics

4. Write a paragraph about a topic.

5. Write down a quote about a topic.

6. Write down any thoughts on a given topic.

7. Write down a thought about where you got the topic idea.

All of these go into a single Document File, and I pull random ideas from the list, if Im stuck for a topic or writing idea. Beyond these, I use a spiral to jot down ideas when Im not at my computer. I have a small box by my computer where I put slips of paper that I list ideas and topics whenever Im not at the computer and dont have the spiral. Im always and forever, calling myself to leave a message --- TOPIC IDEA.

Literally, If I sat down and wrote constantly for two months, I dont think I could ever run out of ideas.

Once I have ideas, the writing goes fast:

1. Write a working Title

2. Ask a question.

3. Answer it with a referral to your article.

4. Write your specific format - tips, paragraphs, or thoughts.

5. Ask your reader if you can help them find an answer.

6. Write a quick referral and link to your site.

7. Copyright your article.

Youre done!

My Article Marketing Process, From Beginning to End I

This article is designed to tell you exactly how I do my article marketing, just the way I do it everyday.

I identify a niche. That's kind of a basic level--I did that nine months ago. I know what my niches are so I write around those niches.

The second thing that I'll do is write out my twenty article titles for the day so that I don't have to keep getting creative. I'll do this all in Word, so that I can add to it. I will write out twenty different things that I want to write about today.

So for example, I will type in: "Article-writing, Article-marketing, List-building, Email-marketing, Niche-building, Internet-coaching." I will come up with twenty different things. That's my first step in my creative process. Then I'll go back in and I'll ask myself a question--I'll either ask about something.

For example, Article-writing. I know that I've written a couple of articles about Duplicate-content. I'll go ahead and write the title out: "Article-writing, How to avoid the duplicate-content penalty in Article Marketing." I'll go through and write a title for every single one of them. Then I'll go back in and start writing each article.

Sometimes, you'll run out of ideas. You'll get to two-hundred words and you'll just stop. Go to the next article. Write on that one. When you're finished writing that one, go back and finish the article that you've just done. I do it almost like an assembly-line system. It's almost like an assembly-line. When I'm writing these articles, a lot of times I will close all other windows--all other browser windows, on my computer. I won't answer any emails.

I won't answer the telephone if it rings. I'm just very, very, very focused on writing those articles. So the number two step is to write the articles.

Article writing is currently one of the most lucrative jobs in the internet today. Hundreds of employees have opted to leave their day jobs and concentrate on providing webmasters and other ebusiness owners with content in exchange of great pay.

If you have the knack for writing and want to earn passive income, these 4 brand new ways to make money through article writing are definitely for you:

1. Sell you articles. There are thousands of websites needing content every single day. Write articles about hot topics such as health, travel, internet marketing, online gambling, etc. and offer your articles to webmasters who do not have the time to write articles for their websites. Depending on the length, quality, and topic, you can be paid $5-$12 per article.

2. Create a powerful online portfolio. Showcase your writing prowess by writing great articles and submit them to various publishing sites or post them on your own blog. These can be used by your prospective clients as reference if they want to see your writing style. You will appear more professional and credible if your articles are accepted by different publishers.

3. Be an article marketer. Productive Article Marketing Amazing and Powerful Secrets to Jumpstart Your Article Marketing

As you know, people today are more than willing to subscribe to newsletters, scour the internet, or even pay good money just to find the answers to their questions. As a marketer, you should be sensitive enough to this need of your potential clients and you must have the capability to address their needs to drive them to your website. One of the best ways to do that is imparting your knowledge by writing and marketing your articles online.

Here are the amazing and powerful secrets to jumpstart your article marketing:

1. Use keywords. 95% of online users are utilizing keywords when they are trying to find information online. To make your articles highly searchable, include the common search phrases that are being used by your potential audience when they look for the information that you offer.

2. Be familiar with keyword density. Inserting one or two keywords on your articles will not make your content optimized. To increase their chances of being shown on search page result, you must understand how to balance your article's word count to the number of keywords that you will use in your content. By doing so, you will help search engines gauge the relevance of your articles based on the keywords that you have used.

3. Link your articles. If you are posting your articles on your blog or to your website, you can use anchor texts that will take your readers to your other relevant articles. By doing so, you will improve the exposure of your other written materials that can potentially give your readers more information that they truly need.

4. Communicate your message clearly. Make it a point to make your content easy to understand for your readers by using simple terms and writing style.

How to Create Fraud in the Online Article Marketing Industry Sub-Sector

Becoming a fraudulent online article marketer is fairly easy, first pick a fake name. Second, build some websites in industries you know nothing about or even blogs if you want. Next, put AdSense ads on them - now put up some commentary that is "key word" rich. Now for the biggest secret of all; use deceptive advertising by writing online articles hyping and "buzz marketing" and write hundreds of articles, and post them online at free-submission sites, with by-lines to your various websites.

Another great trick is to "Steal" content from such online article websites and post these onto your blogs or websites, which have AdSense ads. Trust me Google does not care, as they make money too. The legitimate online article writers will never know, especially if you delete their name, add another name or kill their by-line links.

One more tip, if you are caught make sure you sign up for the Blog or website using false information so no one can catch you. If they do, simply say; "Oh, I am so sorry" then ignore them, hopefully they will go away. If they keep pestering you, delete those websites or stop using that one author's articles and go find some other ones, as you can keep that going on for years.

Why am I explaining how to be dishonest, cheat, lie, and be fraudulent on the Internet?

Well, because I am sick of it and completely disgusted that this is going on. I am tired of having my content stolen, I am tired of fraudulent hype, criminal buzz marketing activity, the fact that no one cares and that complete disregard of ethics by the human race. Further, I am tired of being a zombie slayer, there are just to many of you out there.

10 Things to Expect from Your SEO Copywriter

From the perspective of a business owner, webmaster, or marketing manager, the change exhibited by the Internet is profoundly exciting, yet profoundly disturbing. The information (and misinformation and disinformation) it offers, the business benefits it promises, and the rules it is governed by change at such a rapid rate that its almost impossible to keep up.

These changes have led to a growing appreciation of the value of quality web copy. This appreciation has, in turn, led to an influx of opportunistic copywriters promoting themselves as website copywriters or SEO copywriters. Dont get me wrong, there are quite a few excellent SEO copywriters out there, and you should definitely shop around. The purpose of this article isnt to scare you; its to help you find the SEO copywriter wholl deliver honest service and excellent results.

So with that in mind, take a look at the following ten tips. These are the things you have a right to expect from anyone wearing a name badge that reads website copywriter, SEO copywriter, internet copywriter, or web copywriter (See also www.divinewrite.com/websitecopywriter.htm and www.divinewrite.com/makethemost.htm.)

1) An understanding of SEO

Obviously, your SEO copywriter must have a solid understanding of the essentials of Search Engine Optimization. They must know that ranking is essentially the result of a websites relevance (i.e. keywords) and importance (i.e. inbound links). There are a whole lot of other factors involved, but if your SEO copywriter doesnt understand these two basics, you should look elsewhere. If youd like to ensure your SEO copywriter knows a little more than just the basics, take a look at www.divinewrite.com/SEOCEO.htm, www.divinewrite.com/seocopy.htm, www.divinewrite.com/seotradesecrets.htm, www.divinewrite.com/webcopyenough.htm, and www.divinewrite.com/seoarticles.htm for some clues as to what you might like to ask in order to assess their knowledge.

2) Proven experience

The proof is, as they say, in the pudding. Its not enough that your SEO copywriter can talk the talk; they must also be able to walk the walk. Ask to see some examples of websites for which theyve obtained some good rankings. Note that it may be very difficult to find an SEO copywriter who has actually worked on both keywords and link generation (especially article PR), so if you find one who has, and they write well, snap em up! Theyll have a very broad and useful working knowledge of search engines.

3) An understanding of how many keywords to use

You dont want to fill every page up with every keyword youre targeting. This simply dilutes your sites relevance and reduces readability. Ask your SEO copywriter how many keywords they would recommend targeting on each page. Hopefully theyll suggest no more than 3, preferably 2. By targeting 2 keyword phrases per page, you can use them a lot without impacting readability.

4) Clear agreement on who will provide keywords

Someone needs to perform a keyword analysis in order to figure out what words you should be trying to rank highly for. Your SEO copywriter should be able to do this for you, but its quite often more cost-effective if someone a little closer to the business does it. Either way, make sure your agreement with your SEO copywriter makes it very clear who is performing this task. Dont assume the SEO copywriter is going to do it, because they may assume youre going to do it, and then youll blow your budget.

5) Keywords or keyword phrases

Expect your SEO copywriter to offer some advice regarding how specific you should be with your keywords. In most industries, the competition for keywords is so fierce that youll be forced to target very specific keywords in order to rank at least at the outset. For instance, if youre in IT, you probably wouldnt start out by targeting the keyword IT. The competition is immense (at the time of writing, there were approx 3,240,000,000 results for this search in Google.com) and the IT giants already dominate the search engines for this keyword. Instead, try using a more specific keyword phrase like IT infrastructure consulting new york (at the time of writing, there were only around 4,000,000 results for this search in Google.com). The other benefit to targeting more specific keyword phrases is that youll generate more relevant leads.

6) Agree on word count per page

Always make sure your SEO copywriter gives you an indication of the number of words they expect to write per web page. While its necessary to have a decent body of words on most of your web pages, you certainly shouldnt have too many. What too many is all depends on your industry, the objective of the page, and the needs of your audience. Its always a delicate balance, but its certainly possible to rank highly with only 100-200 words per page. So dont be fooled into paying for copy you dont need!

7) Density targets & measure

SEO of a web page is NOT guess-work. A good SEO copywriter will talk about density measures. This is a measure of the number of time the keyword phrase appears on the page. Its expressed as a percentage of the total word count of the page. So if your page has 200 words, and your keyword phrase appears 10 times, its density is 5%. As a rule of thumb, your SEO copywriter should be aiming for a density of approximately 5% for your primary keyword phrase and 3-5% for your secondary keyword phrase. If your density measures are much higher than this, readability will be reduced, and youll risk being perceived as spam by the search engines. Make sure your SEO copywriter understands keyword density, is prepared to state the target density for each keyword phrase, and is also happy to be measured by that standard (should you decide to measure).

8) Where to place keywords

The question of keyword placement has been the subject of much debate amongst SEO copywriters. While it is still unclear how much impact placement has, there is a general consensus that it has SOME impact. Be sure that your copywriter is aware of this impact. Popular opinion has it that keywords are more effective if they appear in headings, bolded text, links, and generally toward the beginning of the page.

9) Some comment on structure & links

Websites are generally better indexed by search engines if their spiders can traverse the entire site using text links. This means your SEO copywriter should be linking each page to every other page using text links. If your site is complex, this may be impractical, so your SEO copywriter will need to create a hierarchical structure for your site. First, they should break your subject material down into categories. Then for each category, they should write a summary page. These summary pages should be accessible from higher level pages via text links. They should also be accessible from each other. Each summary page should link using text links to a number of pages discussing the finer details of the category. And each detail page in a particular category should link to every other detail page in that category (once again, using text links). This way the spiders are able to travel from the top of your hierarchy to the bottom, and from left to right across any level.

10) Dont believe grand promises

SEO copywriters can play a significant role in increasing your search engine ranking. But they cant do it overnight. By optimizing your site for your target keyword phrases, an SEO copywriter is simply declaring the relevance of your site. If you engage an SEO copywriter to write helpful articles containing a byline with a link back to your site, you can then submit these articles for publication on the Internet, and this will steadily increase your ranking. But if an SEO copywriter tells you they can dramatically increase your ranking in a matter of hours or days, be wary. NOTE: Your SEO copywriter should be able to submit your articles to various submit sites on the Internet. These sites are closely watched by hundreds of thousands of publishers of e-newsletters and article pages from all around the world. High quality articles are quickly snapped up and published prolifically. And each time your article is published, youve got another link back to your site, thus increasing the importance of your site (to the search engines).

Conclusion

An SEO copywriter is a valuable addition to your marketing function. But you need to make sure you choose wisely. When you know what questions to ask, the battle is half won.

Happy hunting!

High Ranking In The Search Engine - Your Step By Step Guide

A high ranking in the search engine is very important to any webmaster on the net. It is without doubt the best place to have a searcher on the internet find your website. If you wish to have swarms of free traffic coming to your website on an ongoing basis, then you need to make sure that your keywords are placed in the top 1-5 positions when a search uses the keywords you use to optimize your web pages. So how do we get high rankings in the search engines?

First off, you need to make sure that you have your web pages fully optimized for the search engines so that they understand exactly what your website is all about! The search engines need to know what your site is about in order to display your pages to the searchers. How do they do this? They can identify what your web pages are about when they look at the title tag, the header tags, bold tags and the keyword density within the text content. Basically, if you are targeting a keyword like "Salmon fishing" then you will want to include it in the title tag, header tags and throughout the content both at the top and at the bottom.

You then need to acquire back links for your web pages. In case you are unfamiliar with the term back links. A back link is when a website/web page has a link in the form of an anchor text of your url pointing to your web page. This in the eyes of the search engines is classed as a vote to your web page. The more votes you get from other web pages, the higher you will climb in the search engines. However, it is advised that you try and get web pages that have a high page rank with a your link pointing back to your web page or site.

Not every website can give you a quality vote. If you get a vote from a website that has a high page rank it will be more beneficial to you. Just be careful of websites that can actually damage your ability to rank high. Most of the time, these sites are spammy and linking to them will harm your rankings!

Following these guidelines you should be well able to boast your keyword optimized pages in the search engines. It important to make sure you are on top of the game and your competitors.

I use a piece of software that really helps me with my SEO on my websites. It saves me a lot of time and money and boasts traffic to my sites. I have had web pages that rank in the top 5 position for very competitive keywords thanks to this software. What to know what it is? Then please visit the link below

Well Written Articles Are Necessary For Your Websites Success

Article writing can be a scary prospect for many and with good reason since many people do not understand how to write quality articles. However, getting past this fear is the first step in building not only your website traffic, but its ever valuable back links. Articles have long been known to many webmasters as a way to supply others not only with the valuable knowledge that they share, but also a way of generating traffic and higher rankings within the search engines. As many know the higher your website lists in the search engine rankings for specific keywords can have a direct impact on the popularity of a website.

It is for this reason that many webmasters long ago turned to writing articles to not only share their knowledge, but garner more natural links back to their sites through quality written content. In today's online market place it is simply not enough to place a few banners or text links on popular sites. While these are still effective to some degree, the majority of traffic that is being brought into most websites these days are provided by the high rankings in search engines and word of mouth.

Being viewed as an expert in a field is helpful and can be accomplished through well written articles. You will gain traffic to your site through these articles from people who are looking to learn more about the information you have all ready supplied them with. In addition you can gain valuable links to your site if the article becomes viral and spreads across the Internet to dozens, hundreds or even thousands of sites. The shear number of viewers that could see a well written article is staggering if it becomes popular.

So why do so many avoid writing short and informative articles? Most have to get over the fear of criticism from others on what their views are on particular and sensitive subjects. For some this fear is to overwhelming to overcome and they will continue to linger at the lower end of the search engine rankings, but for those few that grasp the concept they will eventually benefit from the rewards of their efforts.

Some will become successful by other means besides article writing. Their sites will naturally become popular by the word of mouth that propels them to the top of the Internet Bubble as has happened with some sites in the past few years. While others will use advertising campaigns to gain the recognition needed to succeed, but honestly most of us cannot afford to do this.

So where does that leave the average website operator? Looking for free and effective means with which to get their sites noticed by the Internet masses. Article writing is more than just simply writing one simple article it is an on going process that will ultimately help keep your website fresh in the minds of those very Internet users that you are so desperately trying to attract.

Productive Article Marketing - Revealed - 4 Huge Ways to Make Money with Article Marketing

Article marketing is one of the most powerful tools in generating traffic for your website and building your online reputation without the need to shell out your precious dimes. You just need to write and syndicate your articles to earn quality inbound links and improve your search engine ranking.

Here are the 4 huge ways to make money with article marketing:

1. Learn how to stir attention online. The first step that you need to take is to ensure that your articles will generate interest and attention online otherwise, they will be left unread. Kick-start your articles by using compelling and attention-grabbing titles to effectively move online users to open and read your content. Keep your titles short and direct to the point. Also, don't forget to communicate the readers' benefits on your headlines to give online users more reasons to invest their time in reading your content.

2. Pack your articles with useful information. Before you write your articles, collect all the information that you think will be useful in making your readers fully understand your ideas. Never leave any information out and present them in a logical manner so you can easily get your message across.

3. Distribute your articles. In submitting your articles online, it is important that you choose the best publishing sites that can give your articles the exposure they need. As you know, there are only few article submission sites that are indexed by Google and are highly visited. Some of them are the following: ezinearticles, goarticles, articleally, and buzzle dot com.

4. Syndicate your articles through your RSS feed. One of the great ways to connect to your potential clients through your articles is by incorporating them on your RSS. By doing so, you can still provide your target market with information they need even if they don't have the time to search the internet for your content.

How Surfers Will Find Your Articles Buried In Those Millions Of Competing Web Pages?

If you are marketing online for more than two months, you may already know that content is king. It's the heart of the world wide web. More and more people write on their websites and blogs. The new web 2.0 is the cause of even more content because users don't even need a website to write what they think.

You may wonder how surfers will find your articles with billions of competing web pages?

Don't worry, if you write interesting articles, "la creme de la creme", you work will be noticed and your public will read whatever you write. Why? Simply because there are not a lot of real experts on the web.

If you are an expert in your subject, start writing immediately and submit those articles to directories. It can be a daunting task to submit to ten directories every single day, but you can use an article submission software like articlesubmitter.com or articlepostrobots.com.

If you are too busy to use these tools, you can handle the work to isnare.com or article marketer. Your articles will spread over the Internet like windfire. I don't recommend the two services above anymore (although I used them in the past) for two reasons.

Reason 1. They don't submit to the best directories. In fact, they will distribute your articles to hundreds of sites, but not to the big free article directories. You will still need to do this yourself.

Reason 2. Many of your articles will disappear in the supplemental results (in a nutshell, it's Google quarantine) after a few months.

Are you ready to write these articles and make more money?

Best Article Marketing - 4 Incredible Methods to Energize Your Article Marketing

If you want to attract more people to your website, you need to figure out some effective ways on how you can offer them with what they really need - information. The best marketing tool that can help you achieve your goal is article marketing. Through this, you will be able to impart your knowledge to your target market to build rapport and trusting business relationship.

Here are the 4 incredible methods to energize your article marketing:

1. Write from the readers' perspective. To make your articles highly targeted, useful, and focused, you need to keep your potential readers in mind when writing your content. Consider their needs, their demands, their language, and the solution they require to resolve their pressing issues.

2. Choose your topics. The best way to ensure that you will benefit from your article marketing campaign is to write topics that are closely relevant to your products. Simply put, writing articles about clothes when you are selling food supplements will not drive interested parties on your website.

3. Use powerful resource box. In this section, you can make your call to action to move your readers to either visit your site or join your email marketing list. Whatever is your objective in publishing your articles, make sure that your resource box is compelling enough to maximize your chances of realizing your marketing goals. Don't forget to include your name, your photo, your expertise, and the problems you solve to make it more enticing.

4. Widely distribute your articles. Post your articles to all possible avenues that can give them exposure online. Submit to article submission sites, directories, and social bookmarking sites. You can also post them on blogs, forums, and even on your website.

The Correct Way To Create A Thousand Dollar Ebook Business With Your Articles!

Writing articles is an incredibly effective way to drive traffic to your website and make sales. It's amazing to see that many article writers are not earning the amount of money they deserve because they fail to use leverage.

You probably have hundreds and hundreds of articles collecting dust in your hard drive. Do you know that you can quickly and easily earn thousands of dollars with these articles?

Let me give you an example. If you wrote twenty articles on "martial arts", you have what it take to write an ebook on this topic and sell it on the Internet this week.

Do you write "6 tips" type articles?

If you have six tips then they can be your six headings for your chapters within your ebook. Then you just need to expand on each heading to create the content for your chapter.

Once you sit down and start writing it is quite easy to do and you just need to include everything that you know about that tip. If you don't know enough information off the top of your head then do a little research online to find a bit more information. You can also add content to each tip by giving examples and success stories or even a few graphics.

Did you know that a forty page ebook can be sold for twenty or fifty dollars?

So it really is quite easy to write an ebook and if you already have a few articles then why not make the most of them and include them into your ebook.
